Technical Schedule

HOSPITALITY

Dressing Rooms and Green Room are located off stage left, at stage level, all within 25’ of the stage

entrance. No laundry facilities available. No shore-power.

Women’s Dressing Room

• Chorus style room tiled floors 15’ by 15’.

• 14 Make-up stations with countertop, mirrors and lighting. (Filtered fluorescent)

• 1 Heavy-duty rolling wardrobe rack.

• 1 Wall mounted mirror 3’ by 6’.

Adjoining lavatory 8’ by 15’.

• 2 Sinks with mirrors.

• 2 Stalls with commodes, (One handicap accessible)

Men’s Dressing Room

• Chorus style room tiled floors 15’ by 15’.

Green Room

• Room carpeted, dimensions 15’ by 15’.

• ½ kitchen includes microwave, refrigerator, double basin kitchen sink, storage cabinets, breakfast

bar, and two bar stools.

• Furnishings - Sofa, Dinning table with three chairs, 2 chairs, coffee table, end table, table lamps,

and floor lamp.

• Full-length mirror mounted on back of the door.

• Technical considerations – Internet connectivity via cat 5 Jack, telephone, DVD/VCR, Video

monitor.

• Small rolling wardrobe rack.

LOAD-IN

Loading is accomplished via a truck-level loading dock located on the north side of the building.

• Loading dock 3’ 2” high.

• Metal roll up door 6’ 10” wide, 9’ 2” high.

• Stage load-in double fire door. 6’ 10” wide, 10’ 4” high.

• Load-in path is straight and level with the stage floor.

LOBBY

• Room is 50’ by 25’.

• 1 – 20 amp electrical circuit located on the northeast wall.

• Tile floor, glass and brick walls.

Box Office

• 47” LCD monitor.

• DVD/VHS player.

• Telephone, Internet connectivity.

• 1 – 20 amp circuit, located on the north wall.

• Wall mounted electric heater with timer.
